Shall we get started?
Ingredients:
- 2 cup dried anchovy
- 2 cup walnut
- 4 TBSP honey OR garlic honey
- 2 TBSP asian plum extract
- 3 TBSP water
- 3 TBSP oligosaccharide syrup
- Sesame seeds
How to Make:
- 1. Prepare your dried anchovies and walnuts (1:1).
- 2. On a heated pan, put dried anchovies and stir fry them. If you want it to be chewy, cook less. If you want it to be crispy, cook it more!
- 3. Let’s make our sauce! Into a pot, add honey, plum extract, and water. Bring it to a boil on high heat. Once it starts boiling, turn the heat off.
- 4. Put your fried anchovies through a sifter to remove anchovy powder.
- 5. Add your fried anchovies and walnuts in a bowl. Pour the sauce into the bowl and give it a good mix. Add oligosaccharide syrup for some sweetness and glaze!
- 6. Top it off with some sesame seeds.
- 7. ENJOY!
