Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- ½ apple
- 15 garlic cloves
- 1 TBSP ginger
- 1 TBSP salted shrimp
- Sweet rice flour paste
- ½ cup gochugaru
- 1 TBSP sugar/salt
- 2 TBSP Asian plum extract
- Soy sauce
- 2-3 TBSP fish sauce
- 3 prepped cabbages
- 1 cup chopped chives
How to Make:
- 1. Blend cut-up onions, apples, garlic cloves, ginger, and salted shrimp in a blender. Pour it into a big bowl.
- 2. Add a cup of sweet rice flour paste, gochugaru, sugar/salt, plum extract, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Give it a good mix.
For the sweet rice flour paste, simmer sweet rice flour and water and stir it until the flour is well incorporated and the mixture starts to get thick.
- 3. Add prepped cabbages into the bowl and give it a mix. Add chopped chives as well.
- 4. You can eat this right away. ENJOY!
