Ingredients:
- Leftover tuna mayo filling
- Leftover kimchi filling
- Seaweed sheets
- Steamed rice
- Egg
How to Make:
- 1. We are going to repurpose leftover tuna mayo and kimchi fillings that we used to make rice balls!
- 2. Cut a seaweed sheet down the middle, half way through. Put the seaweed sheet on a plate with the cut side down.
- 3. Put some steamed rice on the right bottom corner of the seaweed sheet and flatten it.
- 4. Put a fried egg on the right top corner, tuna mayo filling on the left top, and kimchi filling on the left bottom.
- 5. Fold the rice part onto the egg, then onto the tuna mayo filling, then onto the kimchi filling.
- 6. You can eat it whole or you can wrap it in plastic wrap and cut it in half.
- 7. You can improvise this recipe with any ingredients you want – cheese, cucumber, avocado, spam, etc.
- 8. ENJOY!
