Shall we get started?

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2-4 ounce Mak-guksu (Korean buckwheat noodles – you can replace it with somen noodles)
  • 1 TBSP gochujang
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 3 TBSP sesame oil
  • â…“ cup chopped green onions
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Soft-boiled egg

How to Make:

  • 1. In a bowl, cut up a cup of kimchi into small pieces. Add gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Add some kimchi juice as well so that the noodles are not too dry. Give it a good mix.
  • 2. Cook some mak-guksu (2 oz for one serving) in boiling water.
  • 3. Add cooked mak-guksu into the bowl and give it a good mix with the sauce.
  • 4. Top it with some sliced cucumbers and soft-boiled eggs.
  • 5. ENJOY!
