Shall we get started?
Ingredients:
- 2 cup rice cakes
- 1 cup fish cakes
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- ½ cup sliced onion
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 1 ½ TBSP sugar
- 1 TBSP gochujang
- 2 TBSP water
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- Glass noodles
- Black sesame seeds
How to Make:
- 1. On a heated, oil-coated pan, add garlic, sliced onions, chopped green onions, rice cakes, and fish cakes.
- 2. For the sauce, mix sugar, gochujang, water, and soy sauce in a bowl. Pour it over the pan and simmer it on medium heat.
- 3. When it starts to simmer, add milk and cooked glass noodles as well.
- 4. Top it off with some black sesame seeds and green onions.
- 5. ENJOY!
