Kimchi Tuna Fried Rice

Shall we get started?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kimchi (with some juice)
  • ½ cup canned tuna
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 ½ cup steamed rice
  • 1 TBSP ketchup
  • Egg

How to Make:

  • 1. Stir fry a cup of chopped kimchi (use fermented kimchi and juice for more flavor!) and canned tuna on a heated pan with some sesame oil.
  • 2. Add steamed rice and mix it well with stir fried kimchi and tuna. Add a tablespoon of ketchup for some sweetness.
  • 3. To present it in a dome shape, put the fried rice in a bowl and lightly press on it. Place the bowl upside down on a plate and carefully remove the bowl.
  • 4. Fry an egg and put it on top of the fried rice and garnish it with some furikake or seaweed. You can also drizzle some mayo on it!
  • 5. ENJOY!
