Kimchi Stew with Tuna

Ingredients:
- 2 cup kimchi
- 2 TBSP sesame oil
- ⅓ onion
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 TBSP gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- ½ – 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 cup kimchi juice
- Water
- 1 canned tuna
- ½ tofu
- ½ cup Green onions
How to Make:
- 1. Put kimchi in a pot and stir fry with sesame oil.
- 2. Then, add sliced onions and stir fry.
- 3. Add garlic, gochugaru, sugar, kimchi juice, and water. My mom replaced water with her fish cake soup for more flavors! Simmer it on medium heat.
- 4. When it starts to simmer, add a can of tuna, tofu, and green onions.
- 5. Boil it for about 10 minutes. “The longer you cook the stew, the deeper the flavors get!”
- 6. Serve it with rice. ENJOY!
