Corn Jeon
This simple corn jeon recipe highlights delicious nutty and sweet flavors and crunchy texture and makes a great side dish or snack for everyone!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned corn
- ½ cup diced imitation crab
- ½ cup green onion
- 3.5 TBSP Korean pancake mix
- 3 eggs
How to Make:
- 1. Combine canned corn, diced imitation crab meat, green onion, korean pancake mix, and eggs in a bowl and give it a mix!
- 2. Heat a pan with oil of your choice. Once heated, put a spoonful of the jeon mix on the pan.
- 3. When one side is cooked, flip and cook the other side.
- 4. You can pair this jeon with any sauce that you like – I personally like to eat this corn jeon with Kewpie mayo!
