Shall we get started?
Ingredients:
- Gejang
- 1 serving somyeon
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- ½ cup sliced carrot
- ½ cup sliced Asian pear
- 1 soft boiled egg
How to Make:
- 1. Cook some somyeon noodles in boiling water. Rinse it with cold water.
- 2. Put the cooked noodles, sliced veggies, and egg in a bowl.
- 3. Squeeze out some gejang meat as much as you like in the bowl. You can also add some of the gejang sauce for extra flavor! Give it a good mix.
- 4. ENJOY!
