Shall we get started?
Ingredients:
- 5 lb thinly sliced beef meat (flank, skirt, rib eye, sirloin etc.)
- 1 onion
- â…“ kiwi
- ½ cup garlic
- ½ cup red wine
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 TBSP black pepper
How to Make:
- 1. Blend onion, kiwi, garlic, red wine, and soy sauce using a blender. Pour the blended mixture in a bowl and add ½ cup of water. Add sugar and black pepper.
- 2. Add 5 lbs of beef meat into the bowl and give it a good mix so that it’s evenly coated with the blended sauce. If you’re not using pre-cut beef meat, you can thinly slice slightly frozen beef steak!
- 3. Cook the meat on a heated, oil-coated pan on medium heat. You can add onions, green onions, carrots, sesame seeds, or any vegetables of your choice.
- 4. ENJOY!
