Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • Instant pot

How to Make:

  • 1. We are going to use an instant pot for my mom’s soft boiled eggs!
  • 2. Put 10 eggs and a little bit of water. Start the instant pot on steam mode for 1 minute.
  • 3. Pull out the plug when it’s done and wait until the float valve comes down (it will make a clicking noise).
  • 4. Give it a wash in cold water.
  • 5. ENJOY!
