Seasoned Cucumber & Chives

Shall we get started?
Ingredients:
- 7-8 medium sized cucumbers
- 1 ½ bundle chives
- 4 TBSP minced garlic
- 5 TBSP gochugaru
- 3 TBSP Asian plum extract
- 4 TBSP fish sauce
- 3-4 TBSP vinegar
- 1 TBSP ginger powder
- 2 TBSP sesame oil
- Sesame seedsk
How to Make:
- 1. Slice cucumbers. Chop the chives in 2-3 inch length.
- 2. In a big bowl, put minced garlic, gochugaru, asian plum extract, fish sauce, vinegar (adjust as you like), and ginger powder. Add sliced cucumbers and chives as well and give it a good mix. My mom said it starts smelling weird if you mix it TOO much!
- 3. Add sesame oil and top it with some sesame seeds!
- 4. Put it in a container and refrigerate it.
- 5. ENJOY!
